Depression Online is designed to help you learn and implement skills and strategies that help manage depression and improve your overall mental health and wellbeing.


This program is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has been developed by psychologists and researchers from the National eTherapy Centre. 


It provides information about depression and introduces skills and strategies that can help you to: 

  • Identify the symptoms of depression 

  • Start using activity to improve your mood 

  • Discover and challenge unhelpful thoughts 

  • Boost your wellbeing by making lifestyle changes 

  • Plan to maintain your mental health gains after the course

The Panic STOP! Program contains a range of resources designed to help you manage panic and agoraphobia. You will increase your understanding of panic attacks and panic disorder and learn the skills and strategies useful for managing panic.


It provides information about Panic Disorder, with or without agoraphobia, and introduces skills and strategies that can help you to:

  • Identify the symptoms of Panic Disorder

  • Self-monitor your specific panic symptoms and mood

  • Gain control of physical reactions

  • Learn how to cope with, and reduce panic attacks

  • Learn relaxation techniques

  • Make lifestyle changes to improve your wellbeing

Social Anxiety Online is designed to help you learn and implement skills and strategies that help manage social anxiety and may improve your overall mental health and wellbeing.

  • Face feared social situations using exposure therapy.

  • Plan to maintain your mental health gains after the course.

The Depression-Anxiety Program may be most helpful for people who experience depression and anxiety, with mild to moderate severity.

OCD STOP! is designed to help you understand more about obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and to learn strategies to better manage OCD. You will learn a range of techniques to help you change your behaviour and thinking styles, to put you on the road to improving the management of OCD.


It provides information about OCD and introduces skills and strategies that can help you to:

  • Improve your understanding of OCD.

  • Learn practical techniques to manage anxiety in OCD.

  • Discover ways to manage intrusive thoughts.

  • Be guided through exposure and how to manage your responses.

  • Learn how to maintain the gains from the course.

The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Program is designed to help you understand and manage symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and helps you to learn how to change the unhelpful thoughts and beliefs maintaining PTSD. It can also teach you useful distraction and relaxation techniques, and ways to reduce stress or physical symptoms. It provides information about PTSD and helps you to understand why it develops.


PTSD Online also introduces the skills and strategies that can help you to:

  •  Identify the symptoms of PTSD  

  •  Learn relaxation techniques including progressive muscle relaxation

  • Gain control of physical reactions

  • Learn how to change any unhelpful thoughts and beliefs maintaining PTSD

  • Plan to maintain your mental health gains after the course

The  Anxiety and Worry Program is designed to help you understand the nature of anxiety and worry and to learn the skills and strategies that help manage anxiety and improve overall mental health and wellbeing.


It provides information about anxiety and introduces skills and strategies that can help you to:

  • Monitor and reduce specific anxiety symptoms

  • Gain control of physical reactions

  • Identify and replace unhelpful beliefs and ways of thinking

  • Learn problem-solving techniques

  • Make lifestyle changes to improve your wellbeing

A place to connect with peer support, find hope and discover ways to take care of your mental health and wellbeing from anywhere in Australia.


Ages 18+ COST: Free

MOST is a free digital mental health platform designed for young people aged 15–25. It provides safe online support, practical mental health tools, one-on-one access to mental health professionals, and the opportunity to connect with other young people. No referral is needed, and young people can sign up online or through the Apple App Store and Google Play.


COST: Free

Mello is a free mental health app for young people who get stuck in cycles of worry, overthinking and rumination. Developed by Orygen Digital and researchers at the University of Melbourne, alongside young people, Mello offers practical tools to help users recognise stuck thinking patterns and build skills they can return to over time. Free to download on Apple and Android devices, Mello is there whenever and wherever you get stuck.

StandBy is Australia’s leading suicide postvention program dedicated to assisting people and communities bereaved or impacted by suicide. Support delivered by Anglicare WA
