The YourCrew app is a free, youth-focused mental health tool designed to help young people build a personal support network, track their daily moods, and easily ask for help. It connects users with trusted friends/family (their 'Crew') who are alerted when a user is struggling, ensuring they receive support without judgment. Ages 13+ (parental consent for under 13’s)

Clear Fear is a free, evidence-based app designed to help users manage anxiety. It uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to reduce physical symptoms, change anxious thoughts, and alter behaviours. Ages 11-19

Recovery Record is a mobile-based app designed to help people manage recovery from eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, BED, ARFID) using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques,, self-monitoring and coping skill-building. Ages 12+

MoodMission is an evidence-based smartphone app designed to help users manage anxiety, depression, and low moods by providing tailored, quick coping strategies known as "missions". Developed by mental health professionals, it uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and behavioural activation to encourage active, research-backed tasks to improve mental well-being. Ages 12+ recommended for Adolescents and Adults

Headspace for Kids is a tailored mindfulness and meditation app designed for children offering short, themed exercises to help them calm down, focus, sleep better, and manage emotions.
